Meet Emily
My journey as a fitness instructor begins here with you! I'm excited to share with you my 20 years of training experience, coaching and scientific knowledge. I specialize in sports conditioning, lifestyle coaching, weight management, corrective exercise, muscular development and pre and post natal exercises. I provide customized integrated fitness training for all ages and levels. Each program integrates multiple forms of training to optimize performance and functional capability. My programs are designed to meet your personal goals and needs and are guaranteed to make you feel happier, healthier and fitter!

Hi I'm Emily!

I love sport and fitness! It makes me happy and healthy, and it has kept me out of trouble!
​
Ever since I was 6 years old and joined my first all sports camp, I have been in love with all forms of sports and fitness. By the age of 8, I fell in love with tennis and by the time I was 11, I had played in my first international tournament. In my early 20s, I transitioned to endurance sports and consistently achieved top placings in marathons, half marathons, and half ironman in Australia, New Zealand, the US and Singapore.
I have had the privilege of training under Olympic and professional athletes from around the world and with different training techniques. I also fell in love with Iyanger yoga and Stott pilates and have practiced under some of the top instructors in the US and NZ.

I have a PhD, MSc and BSc in biological sciences along with a NZI Coaching certificate, NASM Personal Trainer Certificate, Yoga, HIIT, and Pilates certifications. I am also a Mom of two amazing young girls, a scientist and a world traveler.
