..... I always say back WHY?

Your BUTT is FINE!! BUT if you want a strong BUTT here are some tips:

It takes a lot of work! Our glutes are critical muscles for our sports performance and this should be your focus! NOT LOOKS BUT PERFORMANCE! Squats, glute bridges, mini band walks, and single leg work are great ways to gain strength BUT so is running, walking, skating, steps, and cycling.


Integrate consistent cardio exercise along with strength building to build stronger and more functionable GLUTES! And your secondary effect will be a GREAT BUTT! Keep in mind you some of the best and strongest BUTTS have fat on them! So don’t be discouraged by your shape or size! Focus on the end goal, a healthier stronger you!
