Service Description
Work with Emily to build a customized training programs. Programs are designed to meet your fitness and personal goals ranging from lifestyle changes to enhanced sports performance. Emily specializes in weight management, corrective exercise, sports conditioning, and lifestyle coaching and pre and post natal exercise. She also provides yoga, pilates and strength training sessions. Options include One-on-One Training or Small groups (2-3 people) and can be delivered in person or online.
