 Each workout caters to a different fitness level and focuses on improved cardio, strength or flexibility.

I recommend you workout a minimum of 3 times a week (2+cardio and strength, 1+core and flexibility).

Each workout has different exercises in different locations from

New Zealand and around the world! Exercise from your home but feel like you are outside!
